Gaylene is an experienced CEO with a consistent track record of spearheading business growth, organisational transformation and change management both within green-field and established health care environments. Her career has covered a range of not-for-profit and private settings including community services, regional primary health commissioning organisations, and large aged care providers.

Gaylene has a deep understanding of health reform agenda drivers and extensive experience in providing strategic leadership and building relationships with key stakeholders to deliver on strategic outcomes. Gaylene spent her early nursing career in palliative care, returning to the sector in 2022 to lead EPC in implementing value based health care to ensure its sustainability and growth for the next 25 years.

Gaylene is a Director of HumanAbility Ltd, a national jobs and skills council for the Health and Care Sectors and Chairs the Health Industry Advisory Group.

He is a senior executive with deep expertise in the health, community, and not-for-profit sectors, Dione has a proven track record of transforming mid to large organisations by driving efficiency, financial sustainability, and measurable impact. Recognised for his ability to navigate complex operational challenges, Dione specialises in modernising legacy systems, optimising processes, and implementing strategic financial initiatives that that enhance financial resilience, long-term sustainability, and sustainable growth.

His leadership in digital transformation, workforce retention, and financial strategy development has consistently delivered increased profitability and enhanced organisational performance. A hands-on leader, he is passionate about coaching and mentoring teams, executing high-impact projects, and embedding a culture of accountability and innovation.

Tania joined EPC in 2021 and is responsible for the overall management of the Allied Health and Volunteer Services Team, managing operations and stakeholder engagement. Exceptional crisis management and leading people is what Tania does best.  A passionate advocate for mental health for over 20 years, both for clients and the workforce, her leadership career to date spans across various not for profit organisations, including cancer support, cemeteries and crematoria, homelessness, family violence, mental health crisis support, and palliative care.   Tania is committed to expanding reach across the community, patient driven outcomes, improving workforce satisfaction and the promotion of agility and sustainability in an ever-changing health environment.
