Margaret has been Chair of EPC since 2021.  She is currently Group Director Identity &amp; Mission of Cabrini Health.  Prior to joining Cabrini, Margaret was Executive Director of Mission &amp; Identity at St Vincent&rsquo;s Hospital Melbourne Ltd.  Before that she worked in private practice helping large organisations navigate complex strategic and governance issues.

Margaret is passionate about person centred care and health equity.  She is committed to closing the gaps of disadvantage faced by marginalised communities. 

Margaret has qualifications in teaching, a Bachelor of Theology, Masters in Management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Timothy is a practising member of the Victorian Bar, working in commercial disputes, particularly construction, company disputes, and insolvency.  He is also a nationally accredited mediator.

Before being called to the Bar, Timothy was a solicitor at MinterEllison (2014-17).  He was also Associate to the Honourable Justice Beach of the Federal Court of Australia (2017-18).

Timothy is admitted to the degrees of Master of Laws (2022), Juris Doctor (2013), and Bachelor of Arts (2010) in the University of Melbourne, where he was an Editor of the Melbourne Journal of International Law (2013).  He holds ARITA&#39;s Advanced Certificate in Insolvency.

Andrew has been associated with EPC since 2017 where he served on the Committee of Management. Andrew is a professional member of the Australian Library and Information Association. He is also the Board Chair of Higher Education Australia Ltd and Chair of the Academic Board of the Victorian School of Commerce. Andrew was formerly course leader of both the Bachelor and Masters programs in Information Management and Systems at Monash University. He was also the head of the Computer Systems and the Library and Information Management Bachelor programs at Box Hill Institute.

Christine was co-founder of Yarra Burn Winery and Restaurant alongside husband David from 1975. Going on to winning many awards and acclamations the business was sold in 1995.

During the merging of local councils in 1995 Christine was appointed Commissioner to the Shire of Yarra Ranges until 1997.

Elected to the state seat of Evelyn in 1999 to 2002 and again from 2006 to 2018 she served on many committees, going on to be Deputy Speaker in 2010 and then Speaker in 2018.

Margaret is an experienced governance professional and is currently a Director on the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Board as well as Chair of the Education Strategy and Policy Committee and a member of the Governance Committee. She is the Archbishop&rsquo;s Appointee to the Victorian State Chapter &ndash; Australian Catholic University and is a current member of the Order of Malta.

In 2018 Margaret was awarded the Papal &ldquo;Croce Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice&rdquo; from Pope Francis for distinguished service to the Catholic Church and in 2024 the Order of Australia Medal for services to Education and the Community.
